Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for assistance, please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items purchased from The Audacity by CRK are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Promotional items
• Limited-release items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is verified.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
